Our Japanese themed menu…
Served hot: Yahata-Maki, vegetable stuffed beef rolls marinated in PonShabu | Yakitori, chicken kebabs flavoured with Goma Shabu | Hotate-gai (scallops) and mussels in Panko breadcrumbs marinated in Yuzu juice and Ponzu seasoning | Tako (octopus) diced and slow cooked with Nanami Togarashi spices

Served cold: Maki, rolled sushi with mixed fillings plus inside-out Californian rolls | Nigiri-suzhi, hand-made sushi | Inari-sushi, tofu wrapped sushi parcels | Sashimi platter of Sake (salmon), Maguro (tuna), Saba (mackerel) and Ebi (prawns)
All enjoyed with soya sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.

A lot of ingredients can be found in the supermarket but we prefer to use Mount Fuji for all specialist Japanese ingredients and drinks.
