Tonight I have a rare evening at home on my own and it is a little treat. I’ve been for a beautiful 5.5 mile – well I did need it after the big lunch I consumed! And now… as much as I love cooking and a nice meal,  I am going to enjoy a lazy and relaxing evening.

Tonight there’s a glass of red wine with my name on it which I’m going to enjoy on the sofa with a packet of “posh” crisps, some sliced peppers and taramasalata dip. Maybe followed with some chocolate. So I apologise this is a short post but I have a date with the sofa and the remote control and that glass of wine is definitely calling me!
